About Initial Logo Samples |
How do I choose a logo sample?
Once we upload the initial logo samples to your ‘My Account’ area,
you can choose any sample that you like the best.
You can then ask us for unlimited revisions on your chosen logo sample, prior
to finalizing it
.
How long does it take to create initial samples?
We will upload the initial samples of your logo to your ‘My Account’ area
within 2-3 days.
Can
I ask for revisions on more than one ‘initial samples’?
No. Revising and finalizing more than one sample will incur an additional cost.
Do all the other initial samples displayed on 'My Account' area belong to me?
No. All the initial samples presented to you during the whole process are the sole property of Logo Design Pros. Once you finalize and approve your chosen logo sample, you retain the complete rights of that logo only.
Can I print the logo/stationery once I get the initial concepts?
In order to get excellent results while printing your logo/stationery, you will
require high resolution, print-ready formats. These formats are sent once your
logo is finalized. Logo Design Pros does not recommend using the JPEG format
for printing of any nature.

How do I go about revising my chosen sample?
The revision process will include (unlimited) design changes including variations of your chosen sample in the first phase. In this phase you can ask for as many revisions as you want till you are 100% satisfied. Once design changes are complete, you may move on to (unlimited) color options prior to finalizing the logo.
How can I send instructions for revising my logo?
Through your personal account area on our website, you will be able to view all of your artwork, make a selection and provide instructions for revising your chosen sample. If you need to discuss your changes, Logo Design Pros representatives can also be reached at our toll free number, through Live Chat or e-mail.
Can I go back and forth during revisions?
No. Reverting to the revision phase will incur an additional cost.
How long will a revision of my sample take?
All revisions will take a minimum of 24-48 hours to be processed.
What if you don't revise my logo as per my specifications?
At Logo Design Pros, our creative design teams will strictly adhere to your specifications
while revising your logo. They will revise your logo exactly in accordance with
your specifications.
What
if I don’t like the sample that you have revised?
Switching to a different sample once you have proceeded with revisions/color
options on one sample will incur an additional cost.
What does Unlimited Samples mean?
Under the Unlimited Samples policy, you may ask for a new set of samples to be delivered if you are not satisfied with the initial concepts. Based on your input, a number of new designs (which may be one or more in number) will be sent until you are satisfied with one of them and choose to proceed with that sample.
Note: Unlimited Samples offer is applicable to Package 3 and Package 5 only.

Color Options Phase |
What do you exactly mean by color options?
By color options we mean that we will provide your logo in various colors of
your choice. For this you will have to specify your color preferences and we
will send your logo in these colors.
Can
I ask you to revise my logo after requesting color options?
No. After posting a request for color options you cannot ask for more revisions
on your logo. Requesting revisions after requesting
color options will incur additional charges.
How
can I send instructions for requesting color options?
Through your personal account on our website, you will be able to view all of
your artwork, make a selection and provide instructions for color options on
your chosen logo. If you need any further help, Logo Design Pros representatives

How
long will you take to provide color options of my logo?
All requests for color options will require a minimum of 24-48 hours to be processed.

What does finalizing a sample mean?
Finalizing/delivering a sample implies that final formats have been requested and delivered on the chosen sample.
Can
I ask for more revisions or color options after requesting final files?
Once you finalize your logo, we start working on its final files. Any changes after finalization may be provided at an additional cost.
How long will you take to provide the final files of my logo?
All requests for final files require a maximum of 24 hours to be processed.
Will I get my logo in a usable format?
Upon finalization, your logo will be delivered in various web- and print-ready formats which will be made accessible through your personalized account area on our website. You may retrieve your final formats from this area at any time in the future.
Can
I have more than one names on my business card design?
Stationery/business cards will include only one name. Requesting additional files for more than one person's name on stationery/business cards will incur an additional cost.
Will I be able to edit my stationery by myself?
Logo/stationery final formats include the .eps and .ai formats which may be edited using Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand.

Can I get different parts of my logo separately?
Elements from the finalized logo (symbols, text, icons, background, tag lines) may be requested separately at an additional cost.
When can I get a refund?
The Money-Back Guarantee is applicable on all orders that have not been
finalized/delivered, while it does not apply to Additional Design Services.
What does Rush Delivery mean?
Rush Delivery means that by paying an additional $100, you can get the initial
concepts of your logo within one business day of the order being placed. Rush
Delivery does not apply to revisions of any kind or to Additional Design Services.
Will
I own the copyrights on my logo?
Yes. Logo Design Pros does not retain any rights on the finalized logo once it
has been delivered. You may submit a request to Logo Design Pros if you do not
want your logo to be displayed in the Portfolio at our website.
